    Cuando llegamos la habitación era como de los años 80 me toco pagar un extra de 25% más para acceder a las habitaciones nuevas

    El estilo de todo el hotel, la piscina, la limpieza, la atención, el restaurante y la cercanía a la playa. Si volviera a Phuket... este es el hotel.

    The location of the hotel. The pool The spa/massage (Amazing) and the wonderful Front Office Manager (Ms Mam) has been super helpful. I will come back again for sure. (Bar under renovation so I hope to see it next time)

    We booked a two room family suite and were given a free upgrade to 2 pool villas to our great surprise. We are so thankful for that as our kids love the chlorine free pool just 5 steps away from the doors and it is really lovely at night. The staff are very friendly, helpful and prompt at handling our multiple requests. Location is great in a quieter part of Patong that is still easily accessible to Jungceylon and the night markets

    EVERYTHING!! love everything about this hotel. I have stayed in many hotels over the years, this is the best by far. The staff so wonderful, friendly, polite and professional. We were upgraded to a deluxe room which was superb. Beautiful view of the pool, exceptionally clean and comfortable and our room had everything you could possibly want, so many wonderful little extras including a torch, umbrella, slippers etc. Fabulous shower, huge balcony and just so clean and enjoyable. I can't begin to describe how amazing the breakfast was, plus room service food is outstanding from the onsite restaurant.

    Loved my stay here. The staff were wonderful, if not exceptional. The room was large, clean, and a spacious balcony. Nice swimming pool. Nearly booked at one of the 5 star hotels nearby and I am glad I didn't when I looked into then when there, as they were quite worn and staff looked like they didn't want to be there. This place was ideal!
