This place is a gem and should be on top of research a booking.com ! For the price you pay, you get such a nice room, with a great view of the city. The toilet is nice, the room is well sized, you have aircon, fridge and anything else you might need. They don’t use keys, so they give you a password to open your door. As soon as you confirm your booking, the owner contacts you and explain how to access the building (it’s in a back entrance). The owner also helped us the best he could when he heard we needed to find a taxi (which is not easy if you don’t have a Chinese taxi app and don’t speak the local language). He went downstairs with us, waved to a taxi, explained our directions to the driver and made sure we only paid the fair fare. He also recommended us nice place to try the local dish.

Very central location. Public transport, eating places, market and supermarket are within walking distance. The big refrigerator inside the room is very useful. Customer service is excellent.

The location is great. You get a good view over xian! Right outside the city walls, but everything is close by. It's a good location to get everywhere. The room was huge and the bed really comfortable. The kitchen was not usable, because there were no amenities, but we also didn't need to cook. The bathroom was fine as well, although the water problem could be solved a bit better:) the staff was amazing! They were really helpful with organizing a airport transfer with special baggage pickup and helped us catch our flight! Thanks so much for being so fast at organizing. We loved our stay there and would come back anytime soon!

Conveniently located 10 minutes South of the old town, this hotel was everything we had hoped for. The Room was nice and clean and even had a fridge and a Washing machine. The personal was nice and couteous and helpful too. I highly recommand!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, the room is clean and tidy, which is my favorite style. The people of Xi'an are very enthusiastic.

The apartment was clean and spacious. Staff was very nice and kept easy contact via WeChat. Location was great (although a little far from metro with heavy luggage). A big, very silent washing machine and detergent was provided. The best hotel we stayed at in China out of the five we’ve tried so far!

Great place to live when you are first time Xi'an. It's closed to all the subway stations. The equipments in the room are new and useful. The room is cleaning.

Il posto è un po' difficile da trovare ma l'albergatore (che parla un po' di inglese) mi ha mandato su wathsup le indicazioni, l 'indirizzo corrisponde a un altro hotel in in un grattacielo (HE HOTEL) bisogna entrare sulla destra del grattacielo passarci dietro e da una porta a vetri si accede a due ascensori, l'hotel si trova al decimo piano del medesimo grattacielo. La camera era molto pulita con ogni comfort necessario, anche ilbagno molto carino. Ci voglion dieci minuti a piedi per arrivare alla stazione della metro e se piove consiglio di prendere dai venditori ( che si trovano alle fermate metro) I sovrascarpe in plastica, davvero utili!
