    spacious,private and relaxing atmosphere. great location,we had some excellent meals at the nearby restaurants . very good tailors within walking distance. It wasn't overrun by tourists and the locals are of course super friendly.

    Loved the minimalist design and interior of the villa, which made the rooms really light and spacious. The pool was also rather large and very clean. The beds were also very comfortable. Daniel, the owner, as well as the staff were really friendly and helpful.

    The villa is excellent, very comfortable big bedrooms, silent aircon and silent ceiling fans, comfortable beds, great pool. The location is great, between Ya Nui Beach (750m) and Rawai Beach (450m), both walking distances even with younger kids ( we also rented motorbikes and a car one day to go a bit further). Plenty of eateries within 50 m. Daniel is very responsive and could organise anything for us, at very competitive rates. Thumbs up from us.

    Location was brilliant. Close to many gorgeous beaches and local restaurants. There’s even a coconut man at the end of the drive!!

    Ya Nui Beach Villas are beautiful, private, spacious villas with clean lines and a luxurious feel. The private pool provided hours of entertainment for the kids. The beds are huge! The villas are set in a little lane which was perfectly peaceful. Nearby, there is a mini mart and some cafes, launderette, massage parlours. There are bicycles to use for free. And they can lend you a local mobile. The staff are lovely. We never saw the owner Daniel, but he was readily available on the phone and happy to give advice. Rawai beach is a 5-10 minute walk away. From here you can get a longtail to nearby islands. Ya Nui Beach is around 15 minute walk, or the staff can give a quick lift. Our stay here was happy and blissful!

    Ya Nui Beach villa is a great place - spacious rooms with private bathroom, big dining space including kitchen (not used as food is so cheap around), private swimming pool so a little paradise close to the beach. The owner, Daniel, can be reached at any time and people taking care of the property are of a great help.
