    El personal era muy atento y encantador. Todo tal cual en las fotos y una experiencia tener una bañera en el balcón en un entorno genial. Restaurante con una comida rica y las masajistas un estupendas. Mi marido y yo en resumen encantados de nuestra estancia.

    i like very much the pools and the hot spring baths which i find very relaxing and stress free. I love the buffet breakfast which has a lot of variety.Though the location is a little bit far from the city its ok coz there is a bus which stops in front of the tein lai resort.

    Hot springs were excellent. Peaceful and relaxing. While family able to decompress. Room was spacious. All four of us easily fit in.

    Great to relax and enjoy the nature - in the middle of the mountain with a lot of swimming pools and hot springs Very helpful staff and nice restaurants with options throughout the day - breakfast had a lot of options, being more Asian oriented, but with some western options Rooms are nice, clean and spacious

    The reason to stay in Tien Lai was because of the hotspring and we were not disappointed. The hotspring facilities were well maintained and I could easily spend one day to relax with many different pools and the indoor facilities. The room is also very comfortable and the breakfast was of big varieties and tasted good.

    Staff are friendly with smiles and greetings. 1 of the staff (taking extra mile) notify us the bus reached, even though we just enquire.

    It was a quiet, relaxing 1 night stay in a pleasant location with some decent facilities and a very nice massage... the restaurant served some great food and the buffet breakfast was pretty good too. The staff were amicable and the information provided made it easy to work things out. The actual Spa itself was good, with some lovely pools and it was enjoyable regardless of the weather!
