    Excelente, variado y completo desayuno. Piscina insuperable. Junto a un completo mall. Facilidad para coordinar vehículo para traslado a lugares turísticos. Excelente relación precio/calidad

    Best hotel of Indonesia by far. The staff is incredible. I would like to talk about Silvie of CONCERGIE. Her sensibility to understand our expectations about the city attractions was very professional, Gerryd and all the team of the restaurant was more than an unforgettable experience. We use good hotels frequently all over the world and we know even better hotels but we haven’t never feel a service like that. Thank you very much everybody. Good bed, good blankets, good shower but the difference is the quality of the staff. Better than Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton......

    It is a such beautiful hotel, very luxury. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Everyone from the front desk, concierge, bellman. Ervina was so lovely and gave us fresh mango for breakfast. Also she showed us the snake skin fruit, how to peel it before we could eat it. Riqi from inroom dining was such a genuine person who gave us great service. Breakfast was delicious, so many choices. The hotel is located next to a mall if you want to go shopping. The hotel can easily arrange a taxi or tours to the beautiful temples for you. We hope we will be back one day! Thank you for everything.

    I loved the staff, they were very friendly and caring. Special thanks to Gerryd, Tiya, Slamet, Ervina and Hestin who looked after us a lot in restaurant and we felt very welcomed. I believe Gerryd is one of your best staff who has potential to be a manager. He guides us about places to see and shop in Yogyakarta and made special tea for my husband when he was sick. He also asked the chief to make chicken for my kids as they refused to eat seafood. He was also welcoming us when when we were in restaurant together with other staff. Tiya and Slamet did also looked after us and the kids while we were dining in restaurant. The fish tasted awesome and the arabian style buffet was the best. We loved the shopping mall next to our hotel. The shops were great and lots of entertainment for kids.

    Thank you for your excellent service, thanks so much for decorations in our room , for your congratulation for our wedding aniversary , it was a really pretty surprise for my and my wife and dougther - Thanks for decorations as well as for delicous schoko-tart - sorry only one foto I could upload, we have a lot of fotos - all show us 4 days full of happiness - terima kasih banyak
