This hotel is answer many choice for trip in Taipei city unfortunately we didn't spend many day in Taipei . It's not far to walk from Longshan Temple MRT and in the evening you can enjoy night market around hotel area. The staff were helpful and friendly as we can leave our luggages at front office before check in time comes. Room was nice and big enough for 5 people (2 adult and 3 kids under 10) and have laundry to use at lower ground area and free tea and coffee. Breakfast was many variety choice (Asian style food) to choose: many choice of rice and some stir fry noodle and side dish, cold plate, hot plate or coffee and tea or soy milk etc.

Night market in front of hotel, friendly staff, spacious rooms, good breakfast buffet, convenience store downstairs, unlimited coffee/tea/water at the reception. We had a great stay! :) Highly recommended!

Service was extremely friendly. Our triple room was a decent size, and we were quite comfortable for our 5 nights stay. The hotel was very quiet and the curtains blocked the light completely so we slept really well! Breakfast was great - mostly Asian foods with plenty of vegetarian selection, and enough to keep the 13yo western kid happy with toast, eggs and wedges to go alongside his broccoli and steamed buns. The location is in an older part of town, not exactly the center of things, but a convenient 5 min walk to the MRT and then one stop to Ximen or two stops to main station. There is a night market on the street outside which is good for snack, and some perfectly good small local eateries in the area, particularly up near the temple. Would stay again.
