    The location located in center of Pekan Ipoh. All places all near by and easy to go by car and walk.

    Rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Beyond my expectation. Hotel located near the city centre. Walking distance to Gerbang Malam, Konda Kondi Cafe, Plan B, Hangout Cafe Ipoh. The staff offered us free upgrade to Deluxe Twin Room. Spacious room since there are only 3 of us. Free spa essential toiletries. Hair dryer in the room is available. Iron upon request. Definitely will return to this hotel in future. Thanks for the great experience while we are staying there. Overall I am satisfied with the price I have paid.

    It is obvious the owners have tried to bring the hotel to higher standards but missed out on a couple of small things. Some rooms have no windows and ventilation comes from bathroom exhaust which doesn’t work when room is not used, hence makes it smell musty and stale. No mention is made that cheapest rooms have no windows! Coffee shop and roof top advertised but not operating for 4 years. Reverse osmosis water available downstairs 24hours. Great.

    The staff was very helpful and accommodating, assisted us to print out our flight boarding pass and to hail Grab Taxi for us.

    The location is great and walking distance to famous restaurant nearby for any meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner) and even late night there are few pubs behind street. Easy parking location for whom traveling with cars.

    Overall the room is comfortable and the interior design is very nice. So sad that the rooftop is not open.

    The location near to all the food is good. To walk to the old town is a bit far but normally a RM 5 Grab ride will take you there. The property is recently renovated so the rooms were new but corridor not. I was in the twin bed room with window and spacious enough. The bed is comfortable

    1st. The staff... Very polite and helpful. 2nd. The location. Every place is accessible by walking only since the hotel is located in the mid of the city center. Basically u can walk to some of the tourist spot in town like gerbang malam, the ipoh dataran square, ipoh parade. 3rd. Eateries...all located nearby... Good spot!
