    La habitación y el baño tiene todo lo que se necesita, nuevo y sobre todo con muy buen gusto. Otro punto a favor es que la dueña vive de manera contigua, así que está a la mano

    La excelente disposición de Piero , su información para llegar y ayuda. Linda disposición para usar con total libertad zona común de posada . Habitación y baño muy bien y limpios. Ideal para descansar antes de largos vuelos desde aeropuerto cercano. Unos 200 metros de la costa con restaurantes y unos 800 metros de paseo y puerto sobre Tíber.

    I loved everything. This room was spacious, super clean and the bed was very comfy. The owner was so kind and helpful. The accommodation is located in just a few minutes to the beach on foot. I would love to come back whenever I go to Fiumicino. Grazie mille!

    It is really nice hotel. There are 3 rooms only and dinner room. water, coffee, fruit,cakes are free. Rooms are very clean. Furniture is new. There is large balcony there you can drink a wine last day before your flight ) The way to the beach / supermarket takes 5 mins. Unfortunately there is no souvenir shops in this area. So you should care about a gifts advance. Owners are very friendly and kindly. Piero met us in the airport and took us on to the airport as well. Thank you very much Piero! And welcome to St-Petersburg - we will meet you :)

    Piero's hospitality was superb. He came to get us at the airport and showed us everything. He was so kind! The rooms were very clean, and we slept very well.

    Absolutely amazing host! Piero was very kind and hospitable: transfer from the airport, water, coffee, fruit, transfer to the bus station to Rome - everything you might need you get here. I needed to check out later - no problem, I left my bag at the location while enjoying the day at the beach. I can honestly say this is the best weekend ever! I'm already planning the next one and staying definitely here. Thanks a lot, Piero, for your outstanding hospitality and kindness!

    The host Piero was absolutely brilliant. He offered to pick us up from the bus station and also drove us to the airport to catch an early flight the next morning. All for free. Room was very big, clean and all is fairly new. If you're looking for an hotel close to FCO airport then this is a great choice. And it's only a 5 min walk to the beach where there's a great restaurant directly on the sand when you go to the right after getting to the beach from the hotel. Unexpectedly, our best dining experience in the one week Italy trip.

    Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable. Fantastic service (thank you very much!). An easy distance to the airport but without the price tag that comes from staying in an airport hotel. One block from the beach - not really a swimming beach, but pleasant to walk beside and watch the sun set. Great pizza place right next door. Highly recommended.
