    El staff es súper amable te ayuda en todo lo que necesitas yo necesite una secadora de pelo y me la consiguieron y que me ayudaran a conseguir un taxi y esta muy limpio muy bien ubicado y con mucha seguridad muy bien la habitación y la cama muy cómoda solo hay que llevar su propio shampoo jabón etc porque no dan amenities .

    The manager was very helpful and professional, he was quick to help us with the early check in and was very kind. I would highly recommend this property as its cheap and great location. Its clean and has everything you need. The manager is amazing.

    We were met by a staff member at the hotel who alllowed me to use his phone to confirm my booking. He was very nice and helpful. The view from the balcony was amazing. The apartment was on the 38th floor. It was clean and spacious. The giant free water dispenser was really useful.The apartment was close to restaurants and bars. It was a few minutes walk to BGC High Street. We had cocktails in the local Shnagri-La. We would highly recommended a visit to their back room bar for a unique cocktail. We had to leave early in the morning on our last day. It was quick and easy to check out and get ouready security deposit back.

    Great location and so spacious!! It was so nice to have great water pressure in the shower and have lots of space to relax in. I loved being in walking distance of shopping and awesome restaurants!!

    The area and place we stayed was very safe even local amenity shops like 7/11 & McDonald’s were close by and save it to walk to in the early hours of the morning because area has so many security guards in all the buildings nearby. Ollan our Zen hotel attendant was very helpful and informative about our room and the terms and conditions. A bonus with staying at Icon Plaza also was the lovely swimming pool& gym on 11th floor with nice views of city area . Room had good air condition and washroom with goo shower and main studio room had small table and kitchen area for personal use. Large TV but only some channels Accessible. Wi-Fi in the room excellent . As a favour like to be kept by is it management when we check out early to collect later which was very helpful. Security staff and concierge good.
