    They have roaches every where in the hotel room and there is a holding deposit after you pay for the room

    the room has all i need the ref,microwave and the chairs&table.... it would be much better if there is elec stove where you can cook....

    the property doesnt have family room i have to book 2 rooms for us to fit...it would be nice if the bed is a bit bigger or they have family room

    The receptionist was not accommodating and inattentive. Did not even tell the elevator was malfunctioning, not until i already reached the last floor. The trash bin in the room was not emptied and there were beer bottles left behind by the previous tenant

    Bathroom only though I didn't get to take a shower so i don't know if the heater works.

    Well, I like the bed it's so comfy and soft I slept well, and the location is so great near at ATM machine super market😊

    Considering the price and what you get, I'd say it's a pretty good buy. Room is alright, nice bed, you have a veranda to sleeze away from the smoking ban. Easy call to the front desk for any inquires and is pretty central in Makati City (close to Mall of Asia and NAIA)... Also the AC was quiet and worked effectively, you have Shakey's. McDo, Jollibee, MiniStop and necessary stuff closeby.
