    The staff is very friendly. The rooms have a good space, clean and comfortable and the hotel is very close to the mall. Good wifi, and it is possible to refill water.

    Value for money, staff (front desk) are anticipative with the needs of the clients. Wifi is good really good.

    The staff were very understanding though and even tried to make up for the room by offering to transfer us to another room or cleaning the room again.

    Personal superamable; Merwin, Hazel y Roselyn hicieron mi estadía allí una experiencia inolvidable! Muy amable y servicial. Si vuelvo a Cebú sin duda volveré a alojarme aquí por su excelente servicio

    Al reservar nuestra única opción era una habitación con dos camas, como pareja le mande mail para preguntar si podíamos tener una cama doble. Después de unos emails de ida y vuelta diciendo que al final no nos ofrecieron opción de cama doble. Muy agradecidos por esto ya que hizo nuestra estancia más cómoda. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y eran cómodas.

    I like the place, near Ayala and Parklane hotel where I took the IELTS (walking distance). I also like the receptionist Daniella(?), I think. She was helpful and considerate compared to the other concierge. Was okay for the value of money. Furnishings and painted walls seemed new. Heating was available too.

    -the location is good, also safe and not too much noise surrounding it. -the staff are also very nice, the receptionists were kind as well and helpful. -they don’t offer a complimentary drinking water in the room but they offer free water at the reception. You just need to bring your own water container. Which is good, so less plastic waste
