    The hotel was IMPOSSIBLE to find. the reservation was under ZEN Hotel but the real name of the place is Palm Beach Hotel.. not quite clear why. The Hotel is literally 5 min away from the airport, which is the main reason why I picked it. and yet the airport does not bother and the beach is fairly ok.

    The breakfast was relly good. We had quite a few options to choose from. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The Pool area was clean and relaxing. All in all I enjoyed my stay. I had a good time and the staff was friendly!

    Really comfortable and all the basic facilities you could need. Near shops, bars and beach. Great breakfast and dinner options.

    We get ground floor room and realize the the whole room is wet and overal room smell wet. However we ask receptionist and get another room that were perfect without any smell.

    Close to airport and beach. Can walk into Kuta town in 20 mins. Comfortable bed. Quiet location. Across road from beach restaurants.

    Everything. Everything else but the flees. The location of the hotel is just PERFECT. Close to everything but far from the noise, hustle and bustle of the big city. The pool is awesome. Rooms are big and comfortable. The only trouble are the towels, that get taken at 11 am and retuned at 6pm? The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Great facilities. This is a true value for money, more than you bargained for. Excellent experince minus the flees.

    Výborná poloha - 5 min od letiska, 5 min od pláže. Veľmi milý personál, ochotný pripraviť nám raňajky so sebou, kedže nám skoro ráno letelo lietadlo. V piatok večer živá kapela v reštaurácii bola milým prekvapením.
