    The location is very central and convenient BUT it’s right on a square where there are LOADS of bars so it’s VERY noisy by night. The room was clean and very spacious

    The breakfest in the pub downstairs was fabulous, the location is the best in the city

    There is little staff at the hotel -- one picks up the key at the bar, and you have to wait until the (busy) staff have a minute. They are nice, but not primarily hotel staff. The room was quiet (despite being on a lively square), spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable.

    Really friendly staff and service. Room was spacious and clean with comfy beds. Great value for money and the location was perfect for a weekend on the town. Not your standard breakfast you get everywhere, it was healthy and delicious. Highly recommend for groups.

    Miranda was very helpful, she even knocked on my door and wrote me an email asking if she should order that taxi I asked about. The staff at the breakfast place were all very friendly and talkative, good variety of choices (with avocado!)

    Excellent breakfast. Location in Grote Markt very handy for all the sights as well as being a lively area itself (but not noisy so got a good night's sleep!). Staff on check in came with me to the nearby secure and free bike parking facility and helped to get our bikes over there. Room a little small but had handy mobile phone USB sockets built into bedside lamps. Shower room large and clean with a good shower.

    Excellent location ! Welcoming staff ! Super clean ! The only down side : no air conditioning . A fan is provided but it is no use in temperature over 30C. With air conditioning I would have given a 10 to zeta !
