    We expected the hotel to be a regular typical hotel. However, the facilities, cleanness, comfort and restaurants nearby - all exceeded expectations. The hotel and staff overall are very good and would recommend it to anyone who is looking to visit Zhuhai city.

    We came to celebrate birthday. There were lots of surprises such as free upgrade to the room with the bridge view, extended stay without request, welcome fruit plate and birthday cake sent to the restaurant … my hubby was so delighted with all the arrangements, and celebrated with the team of nice ladies. An excellent experience, as their motto - "satisfied and beyond expectation". Highly recommend this hotel. Special thank to Fiona Wong who made it a wonderful event for my hubby.

    Breakfast spread was great. Beds were comfortable except that when i booked, the description was two double beds for my room - however, it is not two double beds but two single beds.

    Really good location literally over the road from train station / port to Macau (literally 3 min walk over). Hotel itself beautiful. Beds were so comfy, rooms were nicely decorated and clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful, we wanted a late checkout (2pm), was no problem and was free of charge! Lots of outlets for chargers in the rooms(most of the time in hotels there aren’t enough). Buffet breakfast included in the price and was lots of choice (western & Chinese). Free water & fruit in the rooms. Pool area really nice if you want to just relax. Went for a facial inside the hotel spa, again staff were really attentive (not the cheapest but ask for an hour instead of 90 mins, price goes down). Really really enjoyed my stay, definitely recommend! Didn’t want to leave.

    The location of the hotel was super accessible to the monorail, restaurants and so much more. The service was amazing, the staff goes out of their way to help you. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was cafè quality.

    It is a new hotel just open last year. everything is new and clean, makes you feel comfortable . the room is very quiet as I requested. beyond my expectation they put some fruits and a big box of tissue in the room other than a small box in the bathroom. that`s very considerate, Behind the hotel there is a small supermarket selling different kinds of fruits.
