We like the friendliness of the staff and their warm smiles... We got the family room for 4 adults. It's fairly huge with enough closets for us... easy to move around. The bathroom is quite small but tolerable and clean... the shower and bidet are good with no water shortage 😃 it's surrounded with the city's malls on every side... You can just walk to/from or hop on from one mall to the other if you like to go shopping, etc.. Even if it's along such a busy street, you don't really hear the traffic noise once your inside your room... Their bed, pillows, blanket are so comfy... I like that their curtains totally block out the light from the outside... If you don't check the time/set the alarm clock, you won't notice that it's already noon/afternoon and you're already late for your appointment 🤪

Very accessible and near the establishments! very friendly staff especially the ones in the buffet area! 😊 Spacious rooms and super comfortable beds! Had an excellently nice sleep during my stay. 💖 Feels like home.
