    Muy simpatico el personal, la habitacion amplia y con terraza. Muy comoda y con aire acondicionado. EL desayuno en un bar de cerca bien, cappuccino y corneto. Buena ubicacion cerca del metro y de un centro comercial.

    The value for money was excellent.. very happy with the hygiene and the room.. I would absolutely stay there again in my future visit to Rome.. Very good location also.

    Pleasant kitchen area to prepare some simple food, with a fridge, cutlery etc, but no furnace.

    Very nice contact with the owner. The B&B is located near Baldo Degli Ubaldi Metro Station. Nearby there are grocery stores, a shopping center, a cafeteria and small pizzerias. Breakfast is available outside the B&B in a cafeteria on the ground floor near the exit of the building. The room was small, there were no hangers. Air conditioning functional. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The B&B is located on the eighth floor. Access by elevator to the seventh floor.

    I had to be out too early most days and didn't experience the Breakfast. The Room was nice, understand it is part of an apartment. My privacy was well protected, the room was comfortable, the A/C was very good. Rome was in a heat wave which topped 107 degrees F. daily, the room was an Oasis.

    Basically nothing to complain about, we were happy. Everything very clean, nice terrace, good bathroom, good bed. The accommodation is outside of the centre so you get more of a local experience. We liked the pastries for breakfast in the bar around the corner.
