    The bed was comfy. But we asked for rooms at adagio but we got transferred to Novotel instead because renovation was ongoing at Adagio. So I’m not sure this questionnaire reflects experience at Adagio but Novotel. But the staff we met on arrival at Adagio was wonderful so I bet the hotel was well represented.

    All was good and nice but water,it was sometimes brown and irritating,they should put some water filters.

    Bed was perfect - Hygiene at pool was strict and its perfect (not like in Adagio Abu Dhabi where you can do what you want :( ) - Staff very friendly (special thanks to Roshan, and to housekeeping working on the 22nd floor)

    Very clean and comfortable one bed apartment. Kitchen equipment all worked well. Comfortable bed, good shower. Location was fine for metro and driving. Good car park available. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Recommended.

    Spacious room with great access to metro and the mall of the emirates. Joevy on reception is very helpful and courteous, as are all the staff - very nice atmosphere in the building

    Great experience, service and excellent support from Receptionist Albert (and all the staff). The hotel is close to the metro station (3 minutes walking), supermarkets as well as the taxi station. The breakfast supplied by Novotel is various and offers a wide range of choices (salty, sweet, typical dishes and so on). We tried also the buffet dinner and it was good. It's the right place to spend time in Dubai if you want to enjoy the city autonomously, having the possibility to access to the comforts that Novotel can offer.
