    The location was perfect for my needs on this particular trip. The rooms were pleasant, and very quiet despite being on the front on a busy main road. The bed was amazingly soft but supportive. I liked the lift - very handy for my troublesome knee. Car parking security excellent. It was overall a very nice stay. I will definitely book again

    Breakfast served in the downstairs restaurant. Cooked options available as well as cereals/fruit/etc, with a cook on hand to cater for each individual person's choice from menu items available.

    Friendly staff, spacious room, my room facing to the back, it was quite. Internet was a bit slow sometimes, but not a but issue.

    Room was extra large - very clean and modern decor - comfortable bed - good shower fabulous breakfast. Very friendly staff - extremely helpful. Good secure off road parking. Great location - close to beach - short trip to the city.

    We were very impressed with the property it was obvious that the owners cared plenty of TLC our room was lovely comfy bed and a shower that worked. Lovely breakfast and we felt very welcome will definitely stay again?..
