    Walking distance to the markets and Rundell mall, about 2-3 blocks each. Access to the free circle bus just around the corner. same with the trams.

    The apartment size was great. The location to Rundle mall was walking distance. A bonus of a wonderful coffee shop next door. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A lovely gesture of wine and chocolate in our room was a wonderful surprise and touch. Thank you.

    Hotel is well placed with Busses and train at the door. Restaurant and bar in the same building. Good size rooms with laundry and equipped kitchen. No Noise or flashing lights to disturb sleep. Very comfortable bed. Clean and well presented rooms. Good size smart TV in main room. Wi-Fi service very good. Staff very helpful. Car parking close by at reasonable rate.

    Everything was on the button and all staff were courteous and helpful. The historic nature of the building being retained, but see below. The menu in the small restaurant. The close proximity to concerts in the adjacent Town Hall.

    Booked because we’ve stayed before and loved the room but the room this time was very ordinary. Staff were really good. Like the location close to markets and excellent restaurant (Loukas) in Pulteney street.
