    Very helpful and friendly staff, smooth check in and check out procedure, suitable for family.Great Wifi, you get signals in the mall as well as the shopping center. Free laundry available, very clean and daily housekeeping, lots of restaurants at close proximity,overall great experience

    I was there primarily to Celebrate my Wedding Reception at the Hotel's Al Nahda Hall. The hall was prepared and decorated beyond my expectation yet at the fairest price. Extending my gratitude to Omar & Al Ameen. Parking is huge and free for us and my guests too. I would rate this Hall experience a full 5 stars! During the reception, the team of Mr. Clinton together with Triston & Angela were so attentive and courteous to all of us and made the occasion more memorable. Thanks so much. We were billeted in room 5301 which has two two-bedroom inside, supposedly for 4guests but turned out only me & my wife will be sleeping the night. I was informed earlier that a complimentary breakfast for 4 will be provided at their fountain restaurant the next day. It was such a pleasant surprise! Sadly, one day is not enough to enjoy the full amenities of the Hotel and its surrounding area. Found it awesome that one Egyptian Receptionist speaking fluent Russian!!.
