    Paulo was a lovely host and lives in the apartment next door. Hie restaurant recommendation was fantastic - we ate there twice and had a great time. For a couple of nights the apartment was fine. Area has plenty of cafes and bars so you don’t need to cook. It’s about 25 mins walk into the centre, almost all covered by Bolognas famous portico. Bus stop right outside if you need it. Very busy roads.

    -friendly and helpful hosts. -large apartments, comfortable kitchen, spacious bathroom. -clear apartments and snow-white towels. -location.Not far from the center,15-20 minutes to go. Near the house there is a bus stop. -quiet place

    The apartment is spacious and clean, with a confortable bed. It is perfect to relax also thanks to the terrace surrounded by trees and plants. The location is great, a nice and elegant neighbourhood, 15 mins walking to the city centre - and you will walk through the typical "portici"!

    Very friendly host, Pablo, gave us a really nice place to stay, 10-15 minute walk to city centre. A lot of space, nice bathroom, kitchen and balcony. Best price/quality ratio I had so far in Italy.

    Паоло-доброжелательный хозяин. Встретил ночью с улыбкой на лице и самым радушным приемом) Понравилось,что квартира с террасой и есть своя парковка для машины. Рядом историческая часть города в шаговой доступности! Квартира чистая,большая.Все коммунальные удобства.

    Gepflegte Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt gut geeignet. Die Altstadt ist mit einem Spaziergang zu erreichen, der selbst schon sehr interessant ist. Paolo, der Besitzer hat uns viele gute Tipps gegeben. Leider hatten wir nur einen Tag Zeit!

    1) Ho prenotato che erano quasi le 23 e mezz'ora dopo ero a letto; 2) gli spazi ampi di tutti i locali; 3) il caffe che mi hanno offerto la mattina.
