    Team were wholly dedicated to ensuring guests had a pleasant stay and a good experience. One of the best 5 star hotels on service alone but the hotel can also be commended on room facilities, breakfast and leisure.

    Beautiful location, right on the lake. At first we were dismayed to be given a room with disabled bathroom facilities as we have no mobility issues. When we asked to be moved this was done quickly and without a problem and we were given a room with a much nicer bathroom and a lovely view. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant which was very good and the service was charming. Breakfast was exceptional - one of the best buffet breakfasts I have had.

    Well layed-out, spacious room, great balcony with partial lake view and great mountain view, wonderful bathroom and extremely comfy beds. Best of all the hotel understands how to anticipate guests' needs, think bottled water on your night stand delivered with turn -down service which included curtains drawn, mats on the floor with slippers, chocolates, etc.
