Just a 3-minute drive from scenic Lake Tegernsee, this design hotel in the Bavarian town of Rottach-Egern offers elegant rooms, gourmet food and a spa with large swimming pool.

Decorated in neutral tones, all rooms and suites at Bachmair Weissach Spa & Resort feature elegant interiors and high-quality furnishings. Rooms are complete with comfortable beds, free WiFi and a modern bathroom.

Guests can enjoy rich breakfast buffets. Traditional Bavarian food is served in the Stuben lounges.

The 3000 m² wellness area including a Japanese styled spa with hot and cold water basins, steam room and outdoor pool. Furthermore this property offers a family spa including an indoor and outdoor pool, an organic sauna, children pool and relaxing room.

Guests are welcome to relax in the lounge with fireplace, or on the summer terrace, which overlooks the chapel in the hotel park.

A large program sport and activities as hiking, stand-up paddling and horse riding are offered. There is also a Kids Club for children older than 2 and guests have exclusive access to the hotel owned Bachmair Weissach Beach at Lake Tegernsee.

    We went there as a stopover to drive ahead to the next stop and used, after a long time on the road, the maximum from the wellness area - and that one is splendid. Clean with a lot of features, the biggest Sauna I have ever seen and all you need for a great time to relax. Afterwards, we went into one of the restaurants and had a menu which was also very good. The staff of the whole hotel is super friendly. It might not be as professional as in hotels in the city, but they make it up in friendliness and dedication. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I have ever had. Next to a full buffet with some extras you don't see every day, you could also order extra eggs and even Weißwurst for breakfast. Would we come again? Yes, if fate brings us in that area again.

    The Spa is lovely as is the breakfast and all of the hotel restaurants. Rooms are fine and comfy. We also had a fun night at the hotel bar. Overall strong recommendation must say currently I actually prefer it over the other 5* hotels around Tegernsee (we go often for weekends and stayed at all of them), you just notice that it is "Inhabergeführt" - managed by the owners. Thanks we shall be back.

    Esta propiedad es hermosa! La ambientación era muy relajante y el personal muy amable y servicial. Todas nuestras necesidades fueron atendidas. El servicio de habitaciones era mucho más barato que los restaurantes reales del hotel, así que aprovechamos eso y pudimos disfrutar de comidas privadas en nuestra habitación. El spa era perfecto y los snacks que ofrecían en el lobby eran agradables de esperar a mediodía. La playa era un poco difícil de encontrar, podría haber usado un cartel más prominente en la puerta. Pero tener las bicis gratis para explorar la ciudad fue un buen detalle. Ww sin duda volveremos!
