    nada, aunque la limpieza no estaba mal del todo, pero no entendí que no limpiaran la habitación el Domingo sin avisar ni nada.

    Facilities adequate. Room good with fabulous views to North and West. Wondered what went on in other areas of the building.

    I liked the double duvet for a single bed, I would stay in more single beds if they had a double duvet!

    Price. And location near the Falkirk Wheel and the Kelpies. Check in and check out staff were efficient and friendly. Free parking on the forecourt, though I wonder how secure cars are on night club nights!

    The company was class. If I were rating my girlfriend she would have scored a 10. The hotel should aim to be like my girlfriend. Warm, friendly and clean.

    Hotel suitable for town centre and train station. Not very suitable for disabled people as you have to climb 30+ stairs and walk along a long soulless corridor before you come to the lifts to the bedrooms, lifts very old and noisy, however, rooms large, clean and comfortable.
