The complex consists of 3 buildings, which are connected by an underground passageway. The apartments are between 30 and 65 m² in size, have a loggia and offer views of the mountains and the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier Ski Area.

Bread roll service is available every morning on request.

The Japanese-style sauna area is available in the winter season and comprises a sauna and a relaxation room.

A supermarket and a bus stop are a 3-minute walk away, and the centre of Kaprun can be reached in a 7-minute walk. The Zell am See-Kaprun Golf Course is a 5-minute drive away, and Zell am See can be reached in a 10-minute drive.

From mid-May to mid-October, the Zell am See-Kaprun Card is included in the rate. This card offers many free benefits and discounts, including free use of local cable cars and buses.

    Really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was our first trip with baby, so good apartment was a must for us. The apartment was as I expected, the crib for baby was provided, and overall it was very comfortable stay. Actually the best thing was that our apartment was on top floor and we had great view from balcony.

    La habitación era muy linda con una vista hermosa. El equipo era nuevo en pleno funcionamiento. Sin embargo, un horno en vez de un microondas sería una mejor solución. El acceso a la sala de esquí estaba realmente convencido evn aunque estaba ubicado en otro edificio.

    Apartamentos muy limpios, amplios y bien equipados. La ubicación es perfecta para acceder a las 3 zonas de esquí cercanas (más convenientes en coche). Hay aparcamiento gratuito justo fuera del apartamento. El establecimiento cuenta con sauna y guardaesquíes. El servicio de lavandería está disponible por un pequeño suplemento. El edificio está bien diseñado, sin ruidos de los apartamentos vecinos, lo que hace una estancia muy tranquila.
