Stunning, huge apartment in an amazing area with fab bars and restaurants. Guilio was so lovely and I really recommend this apartment.

Location- close to metro, literally 5 minutes. Situated in a residential area on the third floor where you don't get the noises and crowds in central historical districts . The appartment is nicely thought out and renovated for travellers. Best of all, it has an elevator. A famous market is close by(5 minutes on foot)where you can shop for your meals and cook in the appartment which is equipped with a functional kitchen. Very safe area and building.

This was our third time in Bologna and we were already familiar with the lively Via Del Pratello area. When I saw this property was available for our dates, I had no hesitation in booking. The appartment was as good as it looked in the pictures, actually better. A huge bed with a sofa, fridge, table and a kitchenette. The bathroom was ensuite to the room and it too was spotless. Throughout the booking process, I had contact with Giulio the owner from the start of the booking, and he was extremely helpful and understanding, even when we had to change our arrival time. We also used a nearby launderette as there is a little terrace and courtyard where you can dry and air your washing. The location is ideal for exploring the city on foot, we would go into town during the day, and enjoy the nightlife on Via Del Pratello in the evenings. Will definitely use again when I next visit Bologna.

Giulio (the host) was very friendly and helpful, he explained everything and even gave tips where to go and what to see in Bologna. The appartment was nice and clean.

Large Apartment in very central location, good communication with Giulio, clean rooms, easy and safe storage of our bikes. Via pratello is a very lively street with many good bars and restaurants just next to the apartment.

Host was lovely and friendly! The apartment is located in a great place. At night Bologna comes alive and would be great for friends but despite this we slept soundly, so is also fab for families . There is nothing bad to say about this apartment, only good! Had great shower, washing machine, iron, hairdryer.... Big bed so as a family we all shared but when we did get the sofa bed out it was very comfortable too. Thanks, I hope we will be returning.
