When I came to check-in, the staff faced a problem. He can't find my booking. It tooks some times but the guy was so kind, soft spoken and polite. I was happy to being treated like that. I love this hotel. Even though its considered as budget hotel, but the room is neat and like 3 star hotel. Modern interior design and have all the basics. They got gym, spa and massage, you can get cold and warm water at common area each level. They provide lift, basement parking and simple breakfast that you can take at convenient store next to the hotel. Very comfortable. The staff was nice, helpful and friendly. I will stay here next time. Its near bus station and train station. -

right at the old town of SP or Pekan Lama... very close to many Chinese kopitiam (traditional eateries). There's an ultra modern gym above the hotel where guests pay RM5 per visit. basement car park is very limited so it's first come first serve. the hotel serves its purpose for a short stay
