    the location was perfect , the staff were amazing .. , the room was nice ,, the private place that no one can access it ( our room )

    This hotel has the best service I have ever experienced. They accommodated early and late check in/out. The butler team (with special mention of Mohammed and Ronnie) made our stay very comfortable and easy. They even got us a microwave so we could warm up baby feed overnight. Breakfast was exceptional! Special mention of Motay who was very helpful and interacted with our kids at breakfast.

    Upon entering the chalet it feels like you've travelled to a chalet Europe! It is a very cosy room and the fireplace is a great addition. We were greeted at check in by our butler with a bunch of flowers which was a lovely touch. Room service etc., was very prompt.

    I highly recommend this chalet, If you want to book talk to Fatma.. she is the best here in Kempinski Mall of the Emirates.. She make everything easy and great for you.. The chalet is amazing, clean, comfortable and great for couples and one kid.. you open a French door directly to the pool.. super romantic

    Our butler, Mohammed, was amazing. Very welcoming and there if we needed anything. We did one night in the poolside room and two in the ski view as we really wanted to take in the full experience. The rooms are very nicely done and it is definitely something worth experiencing once. Not everyone can say they’ve stayed slope side while skiing in the desert!

    We stayed in one of the Aspen pool chalets. A unique and beautiful room configuration. This included executive lounge access which was great. I would like to make a special mention to Jonathan in the lounge: amazing hospitality and attention to detail. He even remembered which news channels my husband did and did not like. Fantastic service.

    Everything was amazing and spectacular. Would have been better if the ski view windows were tilted or people in the ski could not see you.
