    The rooms themselves are fresh, a/c, clean and 3-star with good ensuites. Communal cooking facilities are in good condition.

    Very nice place to stay, however the outside area needed some attention, but not so much that it concerned me. I have recommended it to my friend when she is in newcastle next weekend.

    I lived everything very clean and great pillows . Large room . Kitchen is great . Big tv fantastic Bathroom immaculate. Easy cheak In and out. No problems with door codes. Quiet surrounding and shops right next door . I will be staying in again

    Nothing was the worst experience i have ever had dirty and nothing in cupboards, no plates cups or anything. No hair dryer, i can't believe you are still running this complex, Tv ripped of the wall in lounge area. I rang the lady and she was trying to help. Someone bought some Bowles over but chipped and cups had toothpaste stains inside. The whole place looks like every thing has been pinched and you don't care but happy to take the money.

    The accommodation is centrally located and easy to access. I found the check in process easy and simple. The room was clean comfortable. The kitchen downstairs had everything you could need to make healthy meals but the microwave and kitchenette in the room allows for quick and easy snacks and meals in the room.
