    El personal muy amable, estilo ryokan la comida muy buena.

    Un 10 para todo, desde la profesionalidad del personal hasta la calidad de la comida y las instalaciones del onsen. Llamaron desde la oficina de turismo que queda junto a la estación y vinieron a recogernos en un minibus. Sin duda lo recomendaríamos con la seguridad de que no va a defraudar.

    We booked a Japanese room with a private open air bath. The room and open air bath were beautiful. Breakfast and dinner were beautifully done and delicious. We also spent time in one of the private onsen you can reserve with the front desk. This was beautiful! If I were to re-do my stay here, I may have opted for a room without a private open air bath and reserved the private onsen for use to save.

    We liked the position, the Onsen on our balcony, staff were very friendly. View from the room was great and only a short walk to the village.

    Food was great. I was there with my partner and 2 friends. My partner and I reserved one of the 3 private onsens on the roof, and it was amazing! The amenities in the room were great too. I also liked the free shuttle that picked us up from the train station.

    We booked dinner and breakfast included with our stay. They were both amaaaaazing from the presentation to the quality. Our room had our own private onsen so we were able to relax whenever we felt like. The room was spacious and comfortable. WiFi here was also very good. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you want a relaxation trip :)

    The staff really went out of their way to help us. We arrived before check in time but they stored our luggage at the reception and when we came back in the evening, our luggage was already in our room. They also helped me to make a reservation at a restaurant in Tokyo and arranged for a shuttle bus to fetch us to the station. The public bath had very good amenities as well (e.g. toiletries, hair dryer, lockers etc) and we enjoyed the outdoor rooftop bath. The meals provided (i.e. breakfast and dinner) were good too.

    The room was great and comfortable. The option of 'renting' a private onsen for 45 minutes was great as well. It was the highlight of the trip with an amazing view!
