    The property is clean and comfortable and is in an excellent location just 5 minutes from the town centre. Franky was very friendly and showed me around. The on-road parking permit was very welcome.

    Very friendly gentleman welcomed us and explained us everythink important. Apartment is close to Menin Gate with exceptional Last Post every evening (directly via beautiful park on city rampards). We spent great time in Ieper and surrounding.

    Host was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good with fresh bread and croissants each day. On road parking needed a permit but this was provided by the host. 5 minute walk to the town centre.

    We had a very warm welcome and the room was spacious enough and quiet enough. The bathroom was of an excellent standard. We could help ourselves to breakfast, where fresh roll were waiting for us. It was easy to walk into the town centre from the property.

    Frankie was very welcoming. Lovely room with a spacious private bathroom. Free coffee available all day, and there was also a free beer in the fridge for us. Nice breakfast. Free car parking near the propery. Just a short walk to the centre of Ieper.
