    Ideally located for ready access to centre of Ypres with free on street parking nearby. Quality Breakfast and homely environment. Veronique is a very Friendly and helpful hostess.

    Great location. A walk away from the train and bus station. Also to the Centre and Menin Gate for Last Post ceremony every evening. Plenty of eateries and cafes. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfy rooms. Kettle in room with teabags and coffee sachets to take up to room from breakfast area. We went to find our Grandfathers grave at Buttes Cemetery and our host was very helpful giving us the bus route and tickets to use. Ypres(Ieper) is a very nice town to visit with museums and churches plus a good variety of shops. All in all a lovely experience. Wish we could have stayed longer !!

    Veronique was wonderful. Unexpectedly bringing my 74 year old mother last minute, we managed o change the room to a lower floor with no inconvenience. The organisation upon arrival was clear and concise; parking was wonderful; location is 10 minutes walk to the Grote Markt and Menin Gate; room was spacious with great decor with en suite. Very clean. Breakfast was wonderful and incredibly relaxed. Veronique is very wonderful. We will visit again.

    The accommodation was very clean and tidy. Veronique is a wonderful host, very attentive and seemingly tireless at breakfast ensuring the guests had plenty to eat and drink. Continental breakfast was good and full of variety. The accommodation is very close to Lille Gate and only about 10 minutes from the main square and Menin Gate. There is no parking with the accommodation but off street parking is close by.
