    El servicio y amabilidad excelentes. Giovanni es el mejor anfitrión y sus recomendaciones fueron maravillosas. Muy buena ubicación, habitación grande y buen desayuno! Nos encantó!!!

    Giovanni, el anfitrión, nos atendió muy bien, dándonos recomendaciones sobre la isla muy acertadas. El desayuno casero estaba delicioso. La localización perfecta para recorrer la isla caminando La decoración del hotel con muy buen gusto

    The house and rooms were lovely, tastefully decorated. Staff were incredibly friendly and we particularly loved Gigi the resident dog. Breakfast spread was excellent and the location was outstanding. Recommend the valet parking option if you are not a seasoned driver in italy - tight laneways and loads of pedestrians were a test of my driving skill.

    Having an outside private terrace was great. Giovanni and all staff very helpful and pleasant even when Ortigya water system stopped working after a thunderstorm. Perfect location from which to explore Syracusa

    Beautiful beautiful location. Couldn't get enough of the view from the terrace. Francesco was a great host and we loved the personal touch of fruit from the garden and delicious wine fro his vineyard. I've never had red wine like it! You could almost taste the volcano in it!

    we loved the place! ideally situated in Ortigia. once you get rid of your car (we used the car valet service) you can enjoy the atmosphere and walk around, explore the streets and alleys, chose one of the many restaurants ... (good recommendations from Giovanni) Best breakfast in Sicily for us. :)

    The breakfast was a real treat! Wonderful tastes and beutifully presented. And the scent of newly baked sicilian cakes...made us all happy. The staff was so kind, helpful, service minded and discrete in a way that made us feel so relaxed and cared for. The Interior design in the rooms is wonderful. And it was clean and fresh. So it’s Highly recommended! Thankyou!

    Palazzo del sale is very well located on Ortygia Island , quiet and you really feel at home.Rooms are decorated with taste and are comfortable . The breakfast is really good with tasty home made pastry. What really makes a difference are the people ! We had great help from Paulo ! Also the owners of the palazzo, a family of 3 Claudia , Giovanni and Sabrina are so kind ! Claudia managed to help us enjoy a day at the beach close by as we had a car issue . Her sister Sabrina owns a very nice place with direct access to the sea, outside Ortygia called Giuggiulena villa! Really lovely! We will definitely come back to both places if we have the chance
