    The worst hotel i ever booked.(we reserved 2 time consecutive :2 days then 5days) the issue was on the second time because the hotel did not meet our expectation. They took the money from visa card after we agreed with them verbally to wave the fees of non-refundable. even they send through booking.com that they accept the waving fees. i quote the manager Adriana :(i charged the money for you to make a complain). They stole our money about 1000 euros for 4 rooms. don't book this hotel : all rooms have no (air conditioning or refrigerator) and they say that it's available through booking.com ; they can provide us air fans. i booked this rooms for my colleagues and i with my family stayed at the same brand hotel in krakow and they were ok but this one and its manager are laying and cheating people by stealing their money. they are not trustworthy.

    The location was excellent for me as it was ear the airport. The room was spacious and very clean, and the pillows were a selling point. I really slept well and enjoyed my weekend there. The food was great.
