    The location suited us as we had travelled for a family wedding & the hotel was close to both the motorway & the venue. The staff were pleasent & cheerful.

    The hotel is quite pleasant, parking is a breeze, the grounds are well kept with nice outdoor furniture etc. Ideal for a function. Staff on check in were very pleasant and efficient. the staff otherwise, seemed to be a little "inconvenienced" by customers....

    The breakfast was very good. When I reported the missing tv remote the receptionist said she would get it replaced, but told her we would not be needing it as only there one night

    Very dirty room.. think of dust around & Beijing my bed. Floor was not hoovered as they forgot (They said)

    The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the on-site restaurant was the best hotel food I've had for a long time. Well worth the visit!

    Completely overpriced room. Executive queen room with a view of a tiled roof. Dust, spider webs and spiders in the room. We put the fan on and the dust off it blew all over the room with more of our Crawley 8 legged friends. Not worth anywhere near price charged.
