Absolutely everything, the location and views from the balcony are stunning. The hotel itself and rooms have great character and give sense of environmental responsibility. Most comfortable and tranquil stay with wonderful hotel staff. The Japanese breakfast was delicious. -

1. The location is lovely. High on the slopes and the view was gorgeous. Every room offers that. 2. They also had a meditation/yoga room you can go to 24 hours a day. 3. The hotel has only 7 rooms and this means the space isn't congested at all if there are only a few of you. On the other hand, if the hotel is full then you will have to stagger your baths because the separate male/female onsen/baths are pretty small. The plus point is that they are open 24hours. 4. There's a lovely deck where you can sit and enjoy the view as well as the nature around. 5. Plenty of insects in the evening. You'll need to close the bug screens. It means the nature there is still doing ok. 6. Produce used was great. The organic eggs were superb. -

Wow. Beautiful, small, exclusive and very private hotel. Something for relaxing and shut off. We really enjoyed our time. Newly renovated and nice rooms. Dinner was sensational! First of all for those who love healthy food such as vegan and vegatarien. Few meters away from the Tozan Cable Car and Tozan Railway to Odawara.
