    La ubicación es estupenda y ésta en una vía donde hay un gran ambiente nocturno, muy joven como una ciudad que respira por su atmósfera universitaria. Es un apartamento con dos habitaciones. El desayuno es preparado a la hora que se acuerde, dentro de la franja establecida, por la madre del host, sencillo pero suficiente. Excelente café.

    La ubicacion es excelente, la atencion de primera y todo estaba bien cuidado y limpio. El desayuno era bueno, incluso se ocuparon de comprarle algo especial a mi niño de dos años. Un lindo detalle. Cuando llegamos nos estaban esperando afuera para abrirnos el porton del estacionamiento... y cuando fuimos a retirar el auto, lo mismo. No nos hicieron esperar. No tenemos ninguna queja, todo resulto muy bien!

    The apartment has an excellent position and you can reach all attractions in the center by foot. The bed was large and confy. Living room was spatious and kitchen had a good equipment. Bathroom was big enough as well. It was great, that we could park our car in the garage 5 minutes from the apartment. The host was very nice and helpful.

    Extremely helpful host, e.g in parking our car and in finding good restaurants in the neighborhood And in the extreme high temperatures during our stay a blessing with a room fully airconditioned room

    We discussed what we liked with our hostess on check in and got it all, every day. Variety of fruits and yoghurts followed by bacon and eggs, bread and coffee....Perfecto and more than adequate. In fact it fuelled us up so well for the day I had to take my wife out for 20km walk every morning to work it off, before sitting down for a great lunch at one the numerous great restaurants. Our hostess also called us a cab for our journey to the railway station and Fabrizio carried our bags downstairs to meet him and stayed until he arrived. Great service and thank you. for your most charming attention, not to mention our interaction using 3 languages

    We liked most the fact the B&B was situated near the heart of the center of Bologna, the very kind and accurate landlady Giuliana and the good and clean accommodation it self!

    Fantastic location and value for money. Breakfast was simple but very enjoyable. Fabrizio was very accommodating of our moving arrival time due to transport delays. There is no reception so this was really appreciated. Fabrizio’s mother (we didn’t catch her name) was lovely and helped me with my Italian! I would recommend as a good base to explore wonderful Bologna!
