    It is generally a good place to stay nearby KK but price is too high for the quality of accomodation. +Excellent location on the beach - quiet beautiful place, kilometers of wonderful clean beach, amazing sunsets, etc +Villas are very spacious and generally comfortable +Staff is very helpful and nice + Good location if you travel by car - KK is accessible by 40min deive, as well as mount Kinabalu and other sightseings. Nearest village with supermarkets in 10-15 mins drive

    The staff were very helpful and friendly. The villa wasn't very clean or cleaned properly every day. It was quite far from everywhere but a great location for pool and beautiful sunsets. The villa was very spacious.

    We liked having a beachside apartment. The apartment was in good condition. The cleaning staff were lovely and did a good job in cleaning our apartment. We liked the cafe and convenience store staff though.

    The location is breathtaking with a 7km beach on the doorstep. The apartment was fabulous with a great size, clean, well maintained with great facilities. The breakfast each morning was excellent with a good selection of tasty foods. There is also pancakes, omelettes and waffles made to order. The taxi drivers are outstandingly helpful and wonderful to talk with, especially Don!
