    The room, the setting the food when it was served. Junior staff generally were working very hard but management aystems and personnel were not fit for purpose.

    The suites are are extremely well-designed and the housekeeping quality is superb!!!! The food quality is excellent all-around... the bar, the breakfast room and the dining rooms. The Oak Room is a great setting for a quiet family dinner. The service staff have a relaxed vibe, although highly professional! 🍻🥃🍸🍷

    It’s an old property but they are gradually uplifting it and making a good job of it. Staff are universally helpful and friendly. Really peaceful woodland site hidden in one of the UK’s most overpopulated and stressful corners. To be cherished I’d say - while it lasts!

    The room was very nicely fitted out, comfortable and clean and the bathroom was a very good quality. We enjoyed using the pool facilities and especially that they were open so late

    Lovely hotel, nice grand features, pool area very clean and tidy. Room was presented lovely. Lovely local walks and the grounds are lovely to watch the stars in the evening.
