    Booked executive double , nothing executive about it , room and bathroom very tired in desperate need of upgrade, location excellent for views and walk to Boulters Lock

    Friendly staff. Good location with great views of the river. Good old fashioned hotel, would recommend, main hotel is an old building , no lifts but maybe to be expected.

    The cleanliness, presentation, and facilities in the room were good. It was ideally located next to the river, as I was walking the Thames Path. Staff were friendly at both reception and in the restaurant.
