    It may be the 'New Kid on the block' but wow!! its arrived like a Rock Star!!!! I'm writing this on behalf of my daughter and her boyfriend who stayed there for a week and were literally star-struck. The design, attention to detail in every corner and just pure class puts this hotel into a league of its own! Its not cheap but it exudes quality everywhere you look from the foyer to the pool and beach area, from the stunning rooms to the restaurants. Cove Beach is fast becoming one of Dubai's top Beach Club destinations. The stars of the show however, were the hotel staff who simply cannot do enough to help you. Awesome hotel!!

    The staff - from front desk, to the serving staff at Hell's kitchen - they are just amazing. The kid's play area also was well set up and the staff there were exceptional as well. We had gone to celebrate my wife's birthday week - and she was wished throughout the day - ANYWHERE we went (which was amazing).

    We spent one night in the Caesars Palace to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were upgraded to a suite and we found a welcome note and lovely romantic decorations in our suite. We had a memorable dinner in Paru, the Japanese restaurant, which combined excellent food with impeccable service that culminated with a special desert on the house accompanied by a card signed by the whole team wishing us a happy wedding anniversary. I could go on and on. The management and staff of the Caesars Palace really understand the meaning of hospitality, service and attention to detail. Will definitely be back. Thank you

    I loved the creativity in the design of the furniture in the room and the comfort of the facility. I loved the diligence of the hotel staff and their passion for their work. Hell's Kitchen breakfast was an astonishing experience and the Quo Spa was too good to be true.

    The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They take every opportunity to make your stay more pleasant and make an effort to know you individually. Special mention to Ansar for being particularly helpful!
