    We can confidently say this is definitely the one and only place to stay in Knysna! Owners simply make the difference on your trip. The hospitality from Ines and Andi is outstanding. We never stayed at a lodge with so much love to detail. The house and garden are beautiful, the view over the lagoon is stunning, but what stood out the most is the breakfast which is just UNBELIEVABLE. As a regular business traveller, I very often stay at different five star hotels for business trips but the breakfast at Candlewood is just the best!! Andi gave us very customized local advice which allowed us to really make the most of our time in Knysna. Thanks again Ines and Andi.

    Very friendly and helpfull hosts who helped us with a lot of hints. The best breakfast we ever had. Nice view from the balkony. Room was small but had everything we needed.
