One single night in a fresh new B&b and this is how I change my opinion about this type of structures. You can feel in the air that this structure is new: I loved my room with a large, very nice bed (where does the owner bought the mattress? It was so comfortable!) Clean cosy room with a nice clean bathroom. White sheets, white clean towels, soap, shower gel, air conditioning and my own fridge in the room. TV too. Practicly I needed nothing more. It is not very often that I find such a nice B&b e structure with such a nice owner. Oh, by the way, just near the palace building it is a subway station. I just realised it took me only 15 min to get till the Termini train-station this morning, which is mind blowing! Next time I will come here for more then 1 night to visit Rome. Being in the subway train, I realized I could be in Vatican city in just 7 minutes!!! Loved it! Really, really nice and clean. Compliments to the very nice and smiling owner. I will definitely come back.

Location perfect, metro is the best for all destination, 50m. Every day Teodora clean. She is beautiful, she help us very much with all. Thank you Teodora

Letto molto comodo, stanza grande e molto pulita, anche se affacciava sulla strada nessun rumore percepito. Colazione molto buona e la titolare molto disponibile! Metropolitana A a 5 metri dal portone. Consigliatissimo!

J ai adoré l'accueil et la présence de Théodora. Disponible, adorable et bienveillante. La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le lit très confortable. La salle de bain grande et propre. Les serviettes changées tous les jours. Le petit frigo au top pour avoir des bouteilles d eau ou soda au frais. Idéalement situé. Le quartier est tranquille. Les commerçants autours sont sympa. Le métro au pieds de l'immeuble. Un centre commercial à 500m. Le p'tit déjeuner italien très bien. Ni trop ni pas assez.

Place was perfect, Location was excellent. Teodora the host is the most sweet and beautiful person. She made us feel like family. She even brought a cake for my friend on for her birthday 🥰
