    We had a wonderful stay at Casa Martini and were delighted by the warm welcome and hospitality. Delicious breakfast, prepared by the wonderful Gianluca himself, with eggs freshly made to your order, on a beautiful roof terrace (with cover). The pictures you see on booking and the website itself really come to life, and exceed expectations! (Our pic is taken on the terrace ♡) There's complimentary coffee and drinks in the room and tea, snacks in the general kitchen should you need it. Easy to reach by public transport, 3mins from the metro and buses nearby (as are the Vatican and the museum) but you're going to want to walk mostly everything in Rome. We only took the metro twice in our 4-day-stay and walked everything else (with stroller and toddler). Gianluca is kind and welcoming and our toddler's new best friend ;-) his tips for restaurants and walking routes were perfect and it really is a beautiful place to stay. Enjoy!

    The rooms were clean and spacious. Lift access to the rooms was a plus as were were carrying some heavy bags and were travelling with a 5 year old. The rooftop terrace was gorgeous and the perfect place for breakfast, and wine and cheese in the afternoons.

    The breakfast at the rooftop terrace was amazing. Gianluca, our host, was very nice and treat every guest as his very best friend. And I must say, the cappuccino which he brewed up for us every morning was the best thing to start the day in Rome (and we got a this coffee as a part of parting gift from him to remember our stay in Rome). The main feature of this guesthouse is personal touch and intention to do everything to make guests feel comfortable and relaxed. When we arrived, Gianluca gave us a lot of really useful tips about Rome, its best places and best ways to get to know the city. He also was always happy to answer questions and to give us a hand every time we were need it. Our Norden room was very cosy, quiet and with good air-conditioning system. We felt like at home and we were really enjoying our stay in Rome and it was really sad to say goodbye.

    Gianluca has been very helpful, polite and very professional in faciltating our check in which was late at night and also giving us guidance, tips and tricks in our planned day trips. We had the best breakfast in town in an amzing sitting area on the roof top, we'd definitely return to stay at Casa Martini, thanks Gianluca for everything, Grazie Mille!! :)

    Nice rooms and fantastic terrasse for a late drink or the good breakfast. Friendly and most helpfull staff. If you want to stay in a private way and be only 100 m from the metro and easy access to the vatican, this is the place to be.

    Quiet, safe and relaxed place, near to the metro and Vatican. Very nice, clean with excellent breakfast. The owner was very friendly and ready to help with everything. Thanks a lot Gianluca!!!

    A perfect room in a perfectly pretty location close to the metro, Otaviano. The staff were very friendly and helpful even giving us a map and marking recommended places to visit, which we did. Everything was spotlessly clean and although there was already a fridge (restocked daily) and tea and coffee making facilities in the room, there was also the added bonus of a communal kitchen. The little rooftop breakfast terrace is very inviting with a range of continental breakfast options. We loved our stay here and even left with a gift from the host.

    La habitación estaba muy limpia y cómoda. El dueño es muy agradable. El desayuno es muy sabroso y tiene diferentes opciones. El establecimiento se encuentra a solo 2 minutos a pie de la estación de metro y a 15 minutos a pie de los Museos Vaticanos.
