    Gorgeous Spa and the breakfast was really good. Excellent service from the staff. The room itselve was also very nice.

    I used to live in Spandau so the location was ideal for us to have a base in order to visit all the sites on our itinery. We also flew into Tegel Airport of which is only 20 minutes from the hotel.

    Staff - Reception as well Restaurant and Spa was very nice, breakfast was pretty good and we liked the spa area. With RB/RE (included in Berlin day-tickets), the connection to the city center was quite good (travel duration as well as frequency).

    The location is perfect for concerts in the Zitadelle. Everything was withing walking distance. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. I even left something valuable in the safe by mistake and after a short phonecall to reception it was sent back to me personally at no extra cost. Big thank you!

    One receptionist (I wish I had taken her name), was fantastic. She was friendly, gave us directions to Olympiastadion and Tuefelsberg. The pool and gym are well-equipped.

    Loved the pool! Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast good. I thought the food in the bar in the ground floor was overpriced and not great, but the breakfast was good.
