    The location is very accessible. It was very near to the mall and Metro station. I was upgraded to deluxe room with no extra charge.

    amazing place for families & Conservative people. location fits for who works or targeting center & south Dubai. Metro station within a few month will make it more easy to reach all over Dubai. life community that all facilities surrounding you. 24 hour supper market and all services. 15 walk from Ibn Batouta Mall which is one of biggest shopping mall with in Dubai.

    Front office Staff suliman is very friendly and assist us smoothly and ali Abbas (bellboy) they are both great.it's our fist time to stay here and it's feels so good. We felt welcome and accomodated well. We'll come back for sure..

    I would like to mention that I have been few times in your hotel. However this time I have changed my opinion about this hotel to 180 degrees. As this time we have met Sulliman and he welcomed us, check in was absolutely outstanding. So smooth, Sulliman in the reception couldn't do enough for us. He is super kind gentleman and huge credit to the hotel. Even in the five star hotels I haven't received such a kind and sincere service from the staff. Even though we had so shorts stay, however he made my first impression unforgettable. I would request from higher management to take a look his performance.
