    All good (apart of the mentioned point of dislike): impeccable and neat. 100 Mt away from a bus stop. 10 minutes walk from Union metro station which is the red line so it directly connects you throughout the city for AED 7.5 maximum.

    Great location 2 mins walk to the bus stop (to the airport,the Dubai Mall,the gold souk and so on). Lots of cafeterias,restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. Still new building everything clean and tidy the room has enough space AC and Wi-Fi works well.

    close to the Airport. Only 3 dirums on no 27 bus .8 minutes walk to Union metro station .Quite a few budget shops and restaurants.
