    Lovely spacious and clean room with a gorgeous balcony. Bathroom also large and immaculate. Family helpful and the mother offers you fresh tea whenever you're around. The bikes are free to use and new. The son speaks fluent English. I would definitely recommend.

    The owners were very friendly and helpful. They always had something more to offer, a cup of tea, piece of fruit, a smile. When I forgot something on a tour bus they helped without any hesitation and I had it back the next morning. Their older son had exceptional English, one of the best we had encountered in Vietnam.

    I don’t normally write reviews but I felt compelled to after my stay @ Cochi. The friendly staff went well above & beyond for my partner and I! They gave us fresh fruits, mango shakes, & Vietnamese tea. They always had free cold water and free bicycles to ride into town (bikes were new and good quality). Diligent staff always keeping things clean, ie wiping down bikes, adding air to tires before we used them. They helped us book a car to Da Nang and let us use the facilities (shower/clean towels) even after we had checked out. Friendly puppy and kitty (that are best friends) on site. Seems to be a family run place and they all are very friendly/kind and willing to help out. Rooms were clean and beds quite nice (they give you a comforter instead of just a sheet). Our fav place we stayed in Vietnam!

    I stayed in double with balcony , everything is brand new, clean and very well designed , a big bathroom , great water pressure. Bed room has a large comfortable bed, a able with two chairs , big closets ,TV etc. Big windows provide a lot of natural light and although you are at the road , you don't even see the road thanks to the trees in the garden. So all was even better then the photos. The free bicycles are also new. And of course the family is lovely and very helpful. I wouldn't look for another place next time in Hoi An

    Everything! The room was perfect, so clean, cozy and tidy! Had all the amenities, water, towels (new ones every day), aircon, wifi, bicycles to drive around the city. The staff was the most sweetest family! Always taking care of us, giving us the most delicious cookies we’ve ever tried in Vietnam! This place is 100% recommend!

    This is first time I were here, but easily to find out the way to got it. And I checked in later 6 hours than planned cause my plane was delayed 3 times, but everything was handled so smooth and quick. I booked a room which has a big balcony with open view. You can see garden, coffee shop, lots of trees, in the morning. I luv private bath room and the room was convenient, clean, specially the bed so comfort that made me feel like at home. Anyway, good price.

    The service was very nice! We got a free upgrade and the room was very comfortable, especially the bathroom was quite new. The contact was very personal, the family organized a motorbike and we also got bicycles for free to get to the old town, just 10 minutes away. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back anytime! Thanks for the great time!
