    It's something different - the bungalow are fully wooden and have a great design! The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Bikes were the best ones we had in Vietnam - working lights and relaxing. It's a little abroad - but with the bike you can easily get around through beautiful rice paddies!

    The staff was super nice and helpful! The bungalows super cozy, breakfast tasty, the pool on the side very nice. A little bit far from the centre, but on the other side nicely quiet, plus we could use the bycicle provided by the property, so going to the center as well as to the beach was no problem! :) stayed with my friends and we enjoyed the every minute of our stay!

    It was a good experience living in the small farm attached to the river. People are very friendly at Coco farm. Breakfast is good as restaurant is right at the swimming pool.

    My children and me loved our stay At CoCo Farm. My daughter loved the cute houses, my boy the swimming pool and I loved the river and the tranquil surroundings. The staff was exceptional friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome, safe and comfortable. It really was one of the best places we stayed at in Vietnam and I highly recommend it!!! Thank you CoCo Farm!!!!

    The room is unique, cozy and really lovely. Regarding the breakfast, although the dishes are a little bit simple, I am really satisfied that we could eat the vegetables from their own farm.

    The staff went above and beyond for us, we really felt at home! Also loved the bikes we could borrow for free to travel around Hoi An. A lovely spot off the beaten track.

    The owner of this place Linh was very friendly and helpful. He helped us to get the money without having to go in town to do exchange. Every staff here is super nice, warm and sweet too. This place is located a bit far from Hoi An ancient town, not in walking distance but can get there by bicycle (free rent from hotel) in 15 minutes. It's all good since we needed a quiet place to relax.

    Everything thing was awesome 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻Linh and his staff was best we meet during our all stay in Vietnam. Highly recommended!! Staff was very helpful and friendly!! Linh speaks very good very good English!!

    Me and my Sister stayed here for 3 nights! it’s really comfy but pretty small bathroom in the bungalows. But you can use other and bigger bathrooms on the area if you feel like ! the oldtown is 10 minutes with the bicycle (for free)! what is really recommendable is the food of the stay! the grow there own vegetables and serve it for breakfast. Which is amazing by side ! Thumbs up!
