    Everything was just as described and the owner is helpful and friendly. We enjoyed having some drinks in the bar with him! The location is perfect we pretty much walked everywhere and there are so many good food places with in 5min walk. We would highly recommend a stay here.

    Sada is an adorable host, genuinly interested in making you the happiest and most confortable guests. He gave us numerous very valuable advices and hints, with an extraodinary kindness and goodwill. You can book your room at Costel Minoshima without any doubts !

    A wonderful tiny hotel tucked in a small street in a quiet neighborhood by the river, within walking distance to the center. The place has tons of charm and the owner is incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable on local music, design and culture. We spent hours sipping shochu while listening to Japanese music with him in the little bar/reception on the first floor.

    The rooms are generous, with a great bathroom. It's in a quiet yet central part of town. The owner is the most amazing part of the place. You should definitely have a drink with him. He is super sweet and will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and broaden your horizon about Japanese music. I cannot stress how magical the experience was. I will definitely be coming back to stay here again. One of the best places I've ever stayed.

    Welcome drink from the lovely owner who knows everything about Japanese music. Literally had a whole night chat and he played all kinds of recommendation. The local experience is nothing to compare! Bedroom and balcony is as lovely as everyone described.

    Sada san the owner he is great, he is an architect and you can feel the touch,ask him about 'flat house project'. to stay here its an experience because he got great knowledge about Japanese music as well.

    The owner of the costel minoshima was fantastic! The first night we arrived, we were greeted with a welcome drink (beer and shochu), and were given recommendations for our trip. The owner also took us through a Japanese music history lesson which was a great way to start our immersion into Japanese culture ! The room was clean and comfortable. Location was great as well. Free coffee in the morning for hotel guests was an added perk! Overall our stay was wonderful, and that was mainly due to the hospitality, generosity and kindness displayed by the owner of the establishment. I would highly recommend to anyone travelling in this area !
